This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “You,” or “Your”) and Nufureader.com (“Company”, “We”, “Us”, or “Our”), governing the use of the Nufureader.com software and related services (“Software”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Nufureader.com, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with this Agreement, Nufureader.com. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Software solely for your personal or internal business purposes.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
Resell, sublicense, lease, or distribute the Software.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Software.
Use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable law.

3. Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software (including any updates, enhancements, or modifications) are and remain the exclusive property of Nufureader.com or its licensors.

4. Updates

Nufureader.com may periodically release updates or patches. These updates may be installed automatically or may require your manual intervention. All updates are governed by this Agreement unless otherwise specified.

5. Data Collection & Privacy

We may collect usage data and limited user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and processing.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Nufureader.com may terminate it at any time if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Software will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fully secure.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nufureader.com. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Basingstoke, UK.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Nufureader.com regarding the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous understandings.
