2. Refund Eligibility

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans under the following conditions:

  • The refund request is made within 7 days of the original purchase date.
  • You provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction or technical issue.
  • You have not used the software excessively or in a way that violates our Terms of Use or EULA.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not available for subscription renewals.
  • Refunds may not apply to enterprise licenses or custom plans, unless agreed otherwise.

4. Subscription Cancellation

  • Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
  • You will retain access to all premium features until your subscription expires.
  • We do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time.
5. Failed or Duplicate Charges

If you believe you were incorrectly charged or billed multiple times, please contact us immediately at support@nufureader.com. We will investigate and issue a refund if appropriate.
